Each year, the United States Olympic Committee will conduct a free multi-sport grassroots skills competition throughout the United States to promote Olympic Sport to America’s youth.
The Junior Olympic Skills Competition, presented by Kellogg’s Frosted Flakes, is the only multi-sport national skills participation program and was designed for boys and girls 8-13 years of age to take a more active role in Olympic sports.
Junior Olympic Skills is the official youth skills competition of the U.S. Olympic team.
Four Olympic sports, basketball, soccer, tennis and track & field, have been brought together under the Junior Olympic Skills Competition.
